A Week in Photos: April 14-19
Don't forget tomorrow is our outing to Taipei American School! Please arrive at school on time at 9:30. Our bus will leave promptly at 9:40.
Here are some photos from this week! The rest can be seen in the APRIL PHOTO ALBUM. Have a wonderful weekend!
Theme Class: we learned many possessive pronouns this week! We made sentences with jobs and pronouns.
Phonics Class: this week, we practiced reading "ai" long A words. Watermelon Class loved playing with magnetic letters! This week, Allen won Snakes and Ladders, and got to be Little Teacher for the rest of the game. He was very happy!
Art: different jobs wear different hats to work. Can you name the four jobs we made?
Toys Show and Tell: Show and Tell was great, but Watermelon Class loved playing police officers with Apple Class afterward!
Park Day: Allen's mommy told us about the "chicken park", so we went to check it out. There really are chickens! Michelle and Allen were very curious to see them. Melody was afraid, but Michelle and Allen offered to protect her from the chickens by saying "shoo fly, don't bother me!"
Science Class: making GOOP. It is sometimes solid, and sometimes liquid. But Teacher Micky put too much water so it was not real goop (〃・・〃)
Cooking Class: yummmmmy yogurt green tea (-^〇^-)
Music and Morning Exercise: we played Pat-a-Cake and made it a game. Watermelon Class also led a song together during morning exercise. It was so much fun!
