Theme Class
Michelle and Melody are building our sentence patterns.
Watermelon Class made their masks this week!
We also spent time to color and write our skit to perform on Friday!
Phonics Class
Students loved playing games to practice vowel-consonant-e!
We practiced writing by finding words that have vowel-consonant-e. We found so many words that come from our Theme Class.
Learning to add "e" to short vowel words to change to long vowel words.
Art Class
Here are the cute foxes that we made! They can move their heads and tails, and are very fun to play with ^_^
Toys Show and Tell
Outing
It was a very hot and sunny day when we went to Guandu Nature Park for this month's outing! Here we are at the front entrance after we bought our tickets to go inside.
We can walk outside, but it is too hot, so we will go inside.
We looked around the activity center. There were exhibits about fish, insects, amphibians, and birds.
Then we went upstairs to look through BIG binoculars at the birds outside. It was so fun and beautiful to see!
Allen brought his own binoculars to see birds too. He was very nice to share them with so many friends ^_^
This is what we saw outside. The birds are too far away to see here!
Lunch time!
Then it was time to paint our rocks to look like frogs. Each student chose 2 colors, and we shared all our colors with each other.
Allen's rock looks like the Earth! And Michelle wanted to paint her name under the rock with a beautiful purple paint.
Melody's hands got very dirty, but this always happens when we paint!
Watermelon Class had FUN!!
Cooking Class
This week, Teacher Mandy taught us how to make chicken nuggets. It was so easy!
Students love to eat chicken nuggets with ketchup.
Very yummy!
Silly and Fun
Who wants a BEAR HUG?!??! ^____^
Getting ready for NAPTIME.
After cutting Allen's bat ears, the black paper looks like teeth, or a king's crown!
Melody has so much FUN in MUSIC class.
Allen loved wearing his bat cap all day!!
We had a goodbye birthday party for Keanu from Apple Class. We made a card for him and he shared snacks with us. We will miss him :)
